JOHN L. MOE, PRESIDENT AND PRINCIPAL ENGINEER
John is licensed in the State of California as both a Professional Civil Engineer (RCE C 48460) and a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS 8400). He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) from the University of the Pacific, Stockton, California. John has over 30 years of civil engineering experience which encompasses street improvement design, storm drainage design including hydrology and hydraulic analysis, surveying, project management, and commercial and residential site improvement design. In addition, he has over 25 years of experience as a consultant providing local agency assistance.
NATHAN VALLES, SENIOR ENGINEER
Nathan is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer (RCE C 62118). He received both his BS in Civil Engineering and Masters in Structural Engineering from San Jose State University. Nathan brings over thirty years of extensive experience to Moe Engineering which is essential for a broad range of municipal engineering support. His expertise includes roadway design, pedestrian and bicycle facility design, water, sewer, and storm drain design, grading plan review, airport expansion management, and permit review, among others.
RICHARD F. (RICK) PEDRONCELLI, LAND SURVEYOR
Rick is a licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS 8562). He received both his Associate of Science and Certificate in Civil Engineering Technology from Santa Rosa Junior College. Rick has over twenty-six years of municipal Public Works Engineering and Land Surveying experience working for public agencies, including services such as Development Review, Capital Project/Program Management, Construction Management and Inspection, GIS/Mapping, and engineering design of traffic signals, pedestrian & bicycle facilities, including water, sewer, and drainage utilities.
KEVIN MCDONNELL, SENIOR ENGINEER
Kevin is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer (PE 35099). He graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering. Kevin retired from the Marin Municipal Water District, where he spent 36 years designing and managing Civil Infrastructure, Hydraulics, and Utility Coordination. Kevin has managed multi-million-dollar programs relating to water systems, coordinated projects with agencies and contractors, and performed numerous utility plan reviews.
DAVE SILZLE, ASSISTANT ENGINEER
Dave is a certified Engineer-In-Training (EIT 117069). He graduated from Santa Rosa Junior College with an Associate of Science in Engineering. Dave has extensive experience in project management, consultant selection procedures, project scheduling, DBE program updates, Caltrans funding procedures, and a variety of state- and federally- funded grant programs.
JEANNETTE MOE, OFFICE MANAGER
Jeannette manages and coordinates meetings, correspondence, and project scheduling. In addition, she provides project processing assistance to agencies for their federal and state funded grant projects. Jeannette brings her previous experience in customer service and marketing to round out our office staff.
