Development Review projects include subdivisions, apartment developments, hotels, and commercial developments. Engineering Design services include roadway improvements such as ADA accessibility upgrades, sidewalk improvements, street resurfacing and associated improvements. Project/Construction Management/Inspection projects include residential developments, public facilities such as water tank coating, court resurfacing, and building rehabilitation.
